An estimate is just information. You can compare it, think it over, or say no. Ask for the quote in writing so you know what is included.
Costs vary by job, home, and system. A written quote is more reliable than a guess every time.
If the matter is urgent, such as a gas smell, leave the home and contact your gas utility first. Then come back to the form.
